HeelsToday strives for customer satisfaction. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of receipt. All HeelsToday orders are eligible for store credit, less the price of shipping.
To complete a return, please use a trackable shipping method of your choice. Include a note indicating the type of return (refund, store credit, or exchange) you would like to make, and mail your return to:

Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. HeelsToday is not responsible for any lost returns.
Please note: clearance items marked final sale online are not eligible for return.

Domestic and Canadian returns are eligible for one initial exchange shipped free of charge. Additional exchanges from the same order will require a shipping fee. See HeelsToday for rates.
REFUNDS + STORE CREDIT
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. An email notification will be sent when the refund has been processed. Please allow 3-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Store credit may be issued in place of a refund. To redeem store credit, please email us at Info@HeelsToday.com.
DAMAGED + DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If you receive a damaged or defective item from us, please call us immediately email us at Info@HeelsToday.com and we will help you exchange or return the item.
Please do not hesitate to contact us immediately if an item becomes defective within 2 months of purchase date. We will assess merchandise defects on a case by case basis to come up with the best solution possible.
